Construction team read-only project view with feedback capture.
How to Load a Project
Click Sign In so Sentinel can load the project catalog for your role.
Choose Project set: use Active Projects for current work or Past Projects for completed jobs.
Choose the project from Project.
Click Load Project to pull Sentinel Core, Crew Operational, CX, and Review surfaces for that project.
What Each Top-Level Area Means
Sentinel Core
Planner and leadership view of the parsed project baseline. Use this to inspect tasks, project risks, CX risks, and Sentinel explanations.
Crew Operational
The tactical execution lane. Use this to move from task context into field notes, progression, handoff memory, and Sentinel Advice so the whole team works from the same field reality.
CX
The customer-meeting lane. Use this to review Customer Meeting Guidance, choose the right communication posture for the week, and log what the team actually used with the customer.
Review
Governance lane for review workflows. This is mainly for crew_admin users who review signals, proposals, and feedback lifecycle state.
What the Team Can Do in Each Area
Sentinel Core
Tasks: inspect the task baseline, scope driver, blockers, and action buttons.
Dependencies: open direct prerequisite and dependent tasks for a selected task.
Feedback: send refinement feedback on tasks, risks, CX risks, clarifications, or explanations.
Project Risks: inspect Sentinel’s current project-risk register and send corrections if needed.
CX Risks: inspect customer-facing risk pressure and send feedback where Sentinel needs help.
Explanations: inspect why Sentinel formed a task and what schedule levers it sees.
Crew Operational
Task Navigator: search by task id, trade, scope phrase, or location.
Send Field Note: jump straight to the Field Notes composer with the selected task already linked.
Show Duration: expand task duration and sequence detail only when needed.
Show Blockers: inspect direct prerequisites, dependents, and unresolved upstream groups.
Show Risks: inspect nearby project and CX risks tied to the selected task.
Show Why: inspect Sentinel’s dependency source and explanation trail for the selected task.
Why linked: inspect why a nearby task appears in the before/after neighborhood.
Field Notes: capture what happened in plain field language.
Observation: use this for normal field facts, logs, walk notes, and issue reports.
Directed risk feedback: use this when you want to teach Sentinel about a known risk or CX risk explicitly.
Send to Sentinel: save the note, refresh Sentinel Advice, and move the crew directly into the advice view.
Add to Batch / Send Batch: stage several notes with observed times, then recompute Sentinel from the current open-note cohort in one pass.
Edit / Withdraw: revise a note without losing history, or remove a note lineage from active recompute when it was entered in error.
Recompute Open Notes: rebuild active Advice and Review outputs from all open field notes for the loaded project.
Reload Field Notes: refresh the captured note list for the current project.
Progression: review the current work story Sentinel built from notes, daily logs, and processed photos.
Handoff Memory: confirm field-photo context, review governing design anchors, and save the note that should travel with that evidence.
RICOH Review: confirm keep, split, and design-alias decisions for 360 anchor scenes before Sentinel adopts them into runtime crew and CX flows.
Check Refresh Readiness: confirm Handoff Memory is ready for the next local refresh and publish cycle.
Sentinel Advice: read Crew-facing impact guidance first; open reasoning only when you need to verify why.
Why this advice: expand the reasoning trail behind a guidance card.
CX
Customer Meeting Guidance: review Sentinel’s recommended meeting focus for the week.
Use this when: choose the topic whose meeting condition matches the live customer conversation.
How to say it: start from the recommended wording rather than drafting from scratch.
Current field anchors: inspect which live Crew Operational advice items are feeding the communication lane.
Log outcome: record what the team used, how much it was edited, and how the customer responded.
Explain: inspect why Sentinel selected the topic, the supporting facts, and the tactical anchors behind it.
Review
Signal Review: reviewer lane for checking field-note associations, impacts, and signal status updates.
Proposal Review: reviewer lane for project-risk, CX-risk, and remediation proposals before transition.
Feedback Review: separate reviewer lane for explicit feedback lifecycle items.
Reload Review: refresh the latest review payload for the current project.
Status dropdown + Update: change lifecycle state for the selected signal, proposal, or feedback item.
Review visibility: these surfaces mainly appear for crew_admin users and act as secondary governance after Advice.

Crew Task Navigator
Search by task id, trade, scope driver, or location. This view keeps the task neighborhood simple first, then lets Crew expand duration, blockers, risks, and why Sentinel linked nearby tasks.
Load a project, then search for a task.
Pick a task to inspect what it is, what is around it, and where Sentinel still needs more data.

Field Notes
Most users should capture observations. Advanced users can switch to directed risk feedback when they want to explicitly teach Sentinel against a known risk or CX risk.
Capture what the team observed. Sentinel will interpret the likely risk meaning during review.
Use this for the short plain-language account of what changed, what was noticed, or what the team learned.
Example: “Visible seam at sink cutout; client noticed the finish difference.”
Use this for the raw support behind what happened: field notes, quotes, measurements, visible conditions, or short bullets.
Keep one supporting fact per line.
Batch staging
No staged notes.

Actions
Sentinel Advice
Crew-focused guidance from field notes, progression, handoff memory, and design truth. Action items show first. Sentinel reasoning is available only when you want to inspect why.
Progression
Work-in-progress storylines from field notes, daily logs, and images. Show more opens the supporting dates, source mix, image evidence, and related Sentinel cues.
Handoff Memory
Turn reviewed field photos and governing design anchors into intentional handoff memory. Confirm the evidence context, add the field note that matters, then carry that reviewed memory into the next crew review cycle.
RICOH Review
Review 360 anchor scenes as an operational workflow: confirm room meaning, decide keep or split, add any design alias Sentinel still needs, then save the shared review state before runtime adoption.
Signal Review
Crew risk-signal review for crew_admin. This view combines direct risk feedback and field observation signals so the team can sort support, new risks, mitigations, and closures.
